We are looking for a skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee our logistics processes. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics management. In this role, you will be tasked with formulating strategies, organizing workflows, managing logistics operations, and ensuring efficient equipment functionality. Additionally, you will play a key role in the recruitment and training of personnel, as well as managing inventory and procurement of supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
