Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in a dynamic operational environment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to consistently exceed established goals, demonstrating a commitment to customers and a dedication to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and sustain a culture of safety through personal example and leadership.
  • Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans to meet or exceed business plan targets.
  • Lead teams to identify operational improvements in areas such as inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with other sites to share best practices, leverage resources, and drive process improvement.
  • Ensure customer billings and associate payroll are prepared timely and accurately.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years related functional experience.
  • 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with supervising warehouse associates in distribution center management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
