Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at NU WAY TOUR & TRAVELS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of the travel agency.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer needs.
  • Supervision and Training: Perform same duties as workers supervised, provide guidance and training to new staff members, and ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities.
  • Reporting and Problem-Solving: Prepare and submit reports on work progress, resolve work problems, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, co-ordinate, assign and review work, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Work Environment

The Reservations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
