About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for the General Account. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial results and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
- Communicate complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Audit and/or consulting experience is an asset.
