About the Role:

CareCorp Seniors Services is seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in one of our beautiful assisted living and long-term care facilities, Bellevue Park Senior Living.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet residents' unique requirements.
  • Administer medications and provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of care staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address residents' complex needs.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in dementia care (preferred).
