Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Join Our Care Team at Bellevue Park Senior Living

About the Role:
  • Perform assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents
  • Administer medications and provide personal and nursing care to residents
  • Supervise care staff and ensure residents' needs are met
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and background in Dementia care (an asset)
