CareCorp Seniors Services is a reputable organization that specializes in providing top-notch healthcare, food, and support services to long-term care and assisted living facilities in British Columbia.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our exceptional team at one of our state-of-the-art assisted living and long-term care facilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, supervising care staff, and other related duties as assigned.

Qualified applicants must have graduated from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program, hold current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC, possess current CPR and First Aid certification, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Supervise and coordinate care staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in long-term care or assisted living facilities
  • Knowledge and experience in dementia care and cultural education
  • Fluency in French language is not required
