Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our exceptional team at one of our state-of-the-art assisted living and long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments and develop care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Administer medications and supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Dementia care and cultural education (an asset)
