Location: Various locations across Ontario

You will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of healthcare services within an organization. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services.
  • Daily Operations: Manage daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal service delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial management for healthcare services, including monitoring expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in patient care.
  • Liaison: Serve as a liaison between management, healthcare providers, and patients to address concerns and enhance communication.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare management with at least three years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve services. Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
