Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Program Director to lead the Senior's Health and Ambulatory Care Program at our Providence HealthCare site. As SCPD, you will provide senior operational leadership for the program and services, directing and aligning clinical operations to effectively achieve corporate and program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the program medical directorsEnsure excellence in patient care through day-to-day operations and long-term program planningDirect and manage clinical operations to achieve corporate and program objectivesPlan and strategize for changing circumstances and new program goalsPerform financial management and integrate financial considerations into programsEstablish priorities for program resource allocationsChampion customer service approach to program goals and community relationsEnable continued professional practice development of staffDevelop and implement processes/systems to ensure effective program management infrastructureRequirements:
To be successful as a Senior Clinical Program Director, you must have a Master's Degree in nursing or a related health discipline, and be a regulated health professional with certification in good standing from your respective regulatory body.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years in progressive management roles in a healthcare setting, with at least five years in a rehabilitation/CCC setting with palliative care experience. Experience in leadership at a director level is also an asset.
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
