Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at CASA Centre and Fort Road locations. The successful candidate will work closely with families and caregivers to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions. With a focus on cultural safety and trauma-informed care, this role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough bio-psycho-social assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and case management
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group sessions, to promote positive outcomes and well-being
* Foster strong relationships with community services and professionals to enhance patient care and support

Requirements
* Master's degree in psychology, social work, or occupational therapy from an accredited institution
* Current registration with a professional college identified under the Health Professions Act
* Minimum two years of clinical experience in child and family mental health or youth addictions
* Demonstrated ability to practice culturally-safe therapeutic interventions and knowledge of trauma-informed care
