CASA Mental Health is a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to children, youth, and their families. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Youth Mental Health Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with inter-professional teams to deliver clinical service excellence.
  • Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide timely and effective therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, promoting healthy relationships and emotional well-being.
  • Carry out case management functions and advocate on behalf of clients as needed.
  • Act as an active member of our inter-professional team, contributing to a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.

  • Location: CASA Fort Road/CASA West/CASA House/CASA Centre
  • Estimated Salary Range: $43.17-$55.39 per hour

Qualifications Include:

  • Graduate degree in social work, occupational therapy, child and youth counseling, addictions counseling, or psychology.
  • Experience working in a clinical practice setting and in child and family mental health and/or youth addictions.
  • Membership in good standing with your respective professional association/college; candidates eligible for membership will also be considered.
