Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter - Retail or Wholesale Specialist to join our team at AIMS 2 HOLDINGS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for processing or cutting, as well as training meat cutters and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Train meat cutters
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Manage package handling operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
