About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at AIMS 2 HOLDINGS INC. As a key member of our retail or wholesale operations, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer demands
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
  • Train and mentor junior meat cutters to ensure high-quality standards
  • Prepare visually appealing displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, meats, poultry, and seafood to meet customer preferences
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies
  • Manage package handling operations to meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Handling heavy loads and maintaining hand-eye coordination
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to changing work conditions
Work Environment

Our company offers a hybrid work environment with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
