About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at AIMS 2 HOLDINGS INC. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cleaning meats to prepare for processing or cutting, cutting carcasses, sides, and quarters, and wrapping and packaging prepared meats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Train meat cutters
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Manage the operations of package handling
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Willing to relocate
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the hours are 30 to 40 per week.
