We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Client Lifecycle Management at Scotiabank. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record of success in client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement client lifecycle management strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver client experience initiatives that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of client lifecycle management programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support client lifecycle management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relationship management and share knowledge with the team.
- Master's degree or MBA in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing).
- 8+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on client relationship management and sales.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing client lifecycle management strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including wealth management, private banking, and corporate and investment banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
