Director of Client Lifecycle Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Client Lifecycle Management at Scotiabank. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement client lifecycle management strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver client experience initiatives that meet or exceed business objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize client needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client experience and lifecycle management.
- Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on client experience and lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of delivering business results and improving client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of wealth management and brokerage services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish and experience working in Latin America.
- Experience with design thinking frameworks and change management.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in client experience and lifecycle management.
