About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Valcourt, Quebec. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the engineering team and project managers in the development of our new motorcycles, Spyders, and Rykers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to organize and document events, meetings, and agendas for the Can-Am On Road engineering team, project managers, and director.
- Coordinate and organize business travel and complete expense accounts.
- Organize and coordinate events for the team.
- Prepare arrival of new employees, including access requests, computer equipment, and company culture.
- Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to share work methods.
- Support the management of financial reporting.
- Prepare and process various requests, including orders, IT, and others.
