Account Director and Business Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Director and Business Lead to join our team at The Kitchen North America. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for leading the development of small to large size integrated campaigns for our clients.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of client programs, including project management and production
- Brief in and set objectives for specialty teams within Salt XC
- Create collaborative working relationships and maintain effective ways of working within teams
- Work with senior leadership to assess requirements for new hires and develop a strong account management team
- Train and develop direct reports to provide best-in-class account management
- At least 10 years of experience working in accounts, client service, or project management
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Proven project management and production experience
- Understanding of agency budgeting and reporting requirements
- Proven strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills
