Job Title: Packaging Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Minhas Micro Brewery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise production staff in packaging procedures and safety protocols
  • Coordinate and schedule packaging activities to meet production deadlines
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve packaging-related issues
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a production or packaging environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
