As a Pharmacy Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that the pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medication, providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, and maintaining the dispensary.
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals to provide customer care.
- Control access to the dispensary, review and maintain workflow queues, and oversee current stock levels and medication orders from wholesalers.
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and regulatory requirements, and maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy.
- Lead by example, drive business growth, and support enterprise programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
