Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation, and that our customers receive a consistently excellent dining experience.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve any issues that may arise.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have sufficient stock of all food and beverage items to meet customer demand.

Work Schedules and Staffing

Develop and implement work schedules that ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand, and that take into account the needs of our staff.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding
