We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our team at Gibraltar Holdings Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing quotes, reviewing IFT plans, contacting subcontractors, and performing quantity take-off and cost estimates.
  • Prepare and submit RFIs, change orders, submittals, purchase orders, and O & M manuals.
  • Draft contracts, construction progress reports, and other technical documents.
  • Develop and submit construction schedules, safety documents, drawings, and site-supervisor handouts.
  • Communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and site supervisors to resolve issues, update construction progress, and ensure the project stays on schedule.
  • Arrange submittals and material deliveries to city halls, designers, and clients.
  • Prepare and apply for building permits in various jurisdictions.
  • Schedule and conduct field reviews, site meetings, and deficiency walks.
  • Review and verify shop drawings.
  • Complete a large volume of work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Commercial construction/renovation experience is considered an asset.
  • The ability to read and understand blueprints, estimate job costs, and prepare formal quotes.
  • Strong computer background, including experience with MS Word and Excel, and AutoCAD or other design software.
  • Effective communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written, and electronic form.
  • Valid Driving Licence and Vehicle required.

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
