We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at Crystal Kitchens Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our administrative functions, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet company standards
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Reliability and attention to detail
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Work Language: English
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
