Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at 407 ETR. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in English and French, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in English and French, empathizing with their concerns and offering solutions to resolve their issues.
- Use excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide options for resolution, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Work in a fast-paced, structured, and goal-oriented environment, meeting performance metrics and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and job aids, attending training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success in a client-focused, target-driven performance culture.
- Excellent English and French verbal and communication skills, with the ability to successfully complete an annual French bilingual certification testing.
- Punctual and committed to work on a flexible schedule, with the ability to work in a metricized environment and meet performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate Windows operating systems, internet navigation, and typing.
