Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and packaging take-out food.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
