Job Title: Portfolio Manager, Women's Transition Housing & Supports Program

BC Housing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Women's Transition Housing & Supports Program, you will be responsible for administering funding and working in partnership with service providers across the province to deliver high-quality programs and services to vulnerable women and children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer funding and work in partnership with service providers to deliver high-quality programs and services.
  • Provide consultation and support to Boards of Directors and Executive staff of Non-Profit Societies regarding program management and financial oversight.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with BC Housing's mandate, programs, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social services, public administration, or a related field.
  • Considerable experience in program management, service delivery, and community-based programs.
  • Strong knowledge of non-profit society governance, management, and operation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a unionized environment and manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
