Job Title: Portfolio Manager, Women's Transition Housing & Supports Program

BC Housing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering funding and working in a collaborative partnership with service providers across the province to deliver Women's Transition Housing & Supports Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer funding and work with service providers to deliver Women's Transition Housing & Supports Programs
  • Provide consultation and support to Boards of Directors and Executive staff of Non-Profit Societies regarding program management and financial oversight
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service providers and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with BC Housing's mandate and policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social services, public administration, or a related field
  • Considerable experience in program management, social services, and community-based programs
  • Strong knowledge of non-profit society governance, management, and operation
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including service providers, Boards of Directors, and Executive staff
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required
