Job Title: Portfolio Manager, Women's Transition Housing & Supports Program

BC Housing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering funding and working in a collaborative partnership with service providers across the province to deliver Women's Transition Housing & Supports Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer funding and work collaboratively with service providers to deliver Women's Transition Housing & Supports Programs.
  • Provide consultation and support to Boards of Directors and Executive staff of Non-Profit Societies regarding the effective management and delivery of core services and financial oversight.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with BC Housing's strategic objectives and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social services, public administration, or a related field.
  • Considerable experience in program administration, service delivery, and community development.
  • Strong knowledge of non-profit society governance, management, and operation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
