Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks, managing emails, invoices, and expenses, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the distribution of emails, invoices, and expenses in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and assigned departments
  • Act as a key liaison between Canadian leaders in operations and sales teams
  • Support team efforts to manage, document, and deliver all aspects of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and maintain strong partnerships with global teams
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant Support
  • Previous experience with executive level reporting, calendar management, and travel arrangements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent in French (verbal and written)
