Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
