Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations
  • Authorize payments and returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
