Administrative Assistant Job Summary
Alberta Ltd is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Supervise and train other staff members
- Develop and implement office procedures and routines
- Prepare minutes of meetings and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment:
- Temporary position
- 30-40 hours per week
- English as the primary language of work
