At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also plan and control budgets and expenditures, supervise other workers, and establish and implement policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The successful candidate will also oversee the analysis of employee data and information, answer electronic enquiries, and oversee the preparation of reports. They will be responsible for responding to employee questions and complaints, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

Additionally, the Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
