About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to join our Sales Compensation Delivery team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for managing the compensation process, including commissions calculation, payment, and reporting. Your attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and efficiency will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the compensation process, including commissions calculation, payment, and reporting
  • Build and optimize databases and SQL statements for commission calculations, establishing best practices
  • Liaise with IT teams on system fixes and trouble tickets processes
  • Create and update process documentation on setup processes
  • Reporting and analytics on Commission payments
  • Implementation of special projects and ad hoc requests as required
  • Ensure operational controls for payment processes are in place and working effectively
  • Implement proactive solutions to reduce compensation inquiries and escalations
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to highlight and identify compensation issues
  • Act as the subject matter expert in cross-functional projects to deliver new compensation solutions
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a Finance/Data analysis role
  • Strong time management skills, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience with data and process setup, management, and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Microsoft SQL Server experience required
  • Knowledge of V21, Maestro preferable
  • Telecommunications experience an asset
  • Previous Commissions experience an asset

Work Environment

Full-time position with a day shift schedule. Located at 333 Bloor Street East, Toronto, ON. Up to 10% travel required.
