About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Foods Chef to join our team at Fresh Tiffin Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development: Create innovative and delicious menus that showcase our specialty foods and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, banquets, and regular service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food meets our high quality standards and is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Cuisine Specialties: Develop and maintain expertise in East Indian cuisine and other specialty food areas.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with tight deadlines and high standards.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
