Medical Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to join our team at The Toronto GI Clinic Corporation. As a Medical Clinic Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our medical clinic, ensuring that we provide high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations of the medical clinic
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
- Plan and control budget and expenditures for the clinic
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
- Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services
- Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses, and other staff
- Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
