Retail Store Manager

At Stedmans V&S Department store, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is running efficiently and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction.
