Retail Store Manager

Stedmans V&S Department store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Team Development: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and foster a positive team culture.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
