Key Responsibilities:- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification to ensure a safe working environment
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents
- Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety and wellness
- Investigate and report incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing training to staff
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
