Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Management: Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure that team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment:

Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication.

Work Schedule:

37.5 hours per week.
