Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress.
  • Training and Development: Oversee apprenticeship training and arrange for training as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and equipment as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment:

Work under pressure and maintain a safe working environment.

Language:

English.

Work Term:

Permanent.Hours:

37.5 hours per week.
