MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee apprenticeship training to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills of site staff
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the right people are in the right roles
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs
Requirements
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with site staff and stakeholders
  • Organized and reliable to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Team player with a strong work ethic to support the success of the project
Work Environment

The Construction Site Supervisor will work under pressure to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours

The Construction Site Supervisor will work 30 hours per week.
