Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with contractors and suppliers
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train or arrange for training of site staff
  • Ensure that all site staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
