Private Banking Associate Role

This salaried program provides an opportunity to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are looking for a career in credit-focused banking. You will focus on building core credit underwriting and relationship management skills through our comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with Scotia Wealth Management's Private Banking business and gain practical experience working with a Private Banking team.
  • Develop the skills and knowledge required to provide strategic borrowing solutions and customized personal banking support for high-net worth clients.

Requirements

  • You are completing a undergraduate or master's degree by June 2025, or have work experience in building client relationships and providing financial advice.
  • You aspire to build a career as a personal Banker.
  • You're a curious, critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others.

Benefits
