Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at PB03 Logistics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of logistics processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Personal Suitability:
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
