Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at PB03 Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff members.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
- Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
