We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at PB03 LOGISTICS LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of logistics processes.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and efficiency.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
- Arrange for the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and skills.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to meet business objectives.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
