Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at PB03 LOGISTICS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of logistics processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of the logistics department.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and management.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Reliability and accountability in meeting commitments and deadlines.
Experience:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
