Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our management team and provide general office administration assistance. This is a part-time role with an estimated effort of 18-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various administrative tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and expense reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with our accountant and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including mail collection, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to our Partners, Managing Director, and staff.
  • Liaise with building management and service providers to maintain a functional and well-maintained office environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Previous Human Resources experience, specifically interviewing candidates and filtering through resumes, is an asset.
